Designing

Cutting Material
Once the design is approved, we begin cutting materials with precision using automated cutting machines.
Printing
Our factory is equipped with professional large-format printers to apply custom graphics, logos, and colors with UV-resistant eco-ink.
Printing Protecting
We apply a transparent protective coating over the printed surface to enhance durability and resist fading from sun or water exposure.
Stitching
For inflatable sport games and advertising models, we use industrial-grade sewing machines with reinforced double/triple stitching for maximum strength.
Welding
For water inflatables and advertising models requiring airtight seams, we use high-frequency hot-air welding for 100% waterproof bonding.
Testing
After production, our QC team conducts full inflation tests (24+ hours) and checks air pressure, seam integrity, zippers, and safety features before packaging.
Shipping
Only after passing all inspections do we package the unit with repair kits, blowers, and protective bags — ready for worldwide door-to-door delivery.
