A: After design confirmation and deposit, standard products take about 15–20 working days. Custom designs or large orders may take 20–25 working days. We'll give you a confirmed timeline before production starts.

A: Absolutely. We offer full OEM & ODM service. Send us your logo, sketch, or reference photo — our design team creates a free 3D mockup for your approval before production begins. Size, colors, themes, and packaging are all adjustable.
Q4: What materials do you use? Are they safe?
A: We use commercial-grade 0.55mm PVC tarpaulin (mainstream), 0.45mm PVC, and 210D/420D Oxford fabric depending on the product type. All materials are lead-free, fire-retardant, and phthalate-free. We can provide material test reports (SGS/TCT) upon request.
Q5: What certifications do your products have?
A: Our products and materials can be produced and tested to meet CE (EN71/EN14960), ASTM F2374 and other standards depending on your target market.
Q6: How do you handle shipping? Do you offer door-to-door delivery?
A: We work with experienced freight forwarders and support multiple shipping terms: EXW, FOB, CIF, DDU, and DDP. For many destinations, we offer door-to-door delivery including customs clearance and taxes — you don't need a customs broker.
Q7: What's your payment terms?
A: We typically require a 50% deposit to start production, with the remaining 50% balance paid before shipment. Payment methods include T/T bank transfer, Western Union.
Q8: What warranty do you provide?
A: We provide a 2-year limited warranty covering material defects and workmanship issues. Every unit ships with a free repair kit and maintenance guide. If any problem occurs, send us photos/videos and we'll respond with a solution within 48 hours.
